Lolo’s is looking for a Camp Director to lead our fun and inspiring youth camps!!!

We need you to be the grand conductor of the many moving parts that make Lolo’s camp so magical! You will be responsible for monitoring campers and maintaining a safe and fun environment, planning programming, constructing rosters and tracking attendance, managing other camp staff and visiting specialists, and handling unforeseen events that may come up throughout the day. No yoga or art experience necessary- our counselors and visiting artists have that covered. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise camp counselors 

  • Coordiante with weekly visiting specialists such as dance and aerial instructors 

  • Assist in developing weekly and daily camp programs and schedules

  • Ensure all activities are safe and age appropriate 

  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all campers

  • Address any camper behavior issues 

  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if needed 

  • Foster positive relationships with campers and encourage their personal growth and exploration! 

  • Create and track weekly rosters with camper information

What we need you to have...

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • Experience and passion for working with children ages 4-12 

  • Organizational, communication, and leadership skills!

  • Extremely reliable 

  • Strong child care references
