Join us with the whole family with the parents in the front studio and the kids in the back studio!

Or join us just for adult yoga- you don't have to bring kids!

Or you can drop the kids off and have time for you to do you!

We love our Sunday Yoga class that is PERFECT for all levels! From seasoned yogi to complete beginner- you will feel welcome and included!
